I collaborated with Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, J&J Healthcare Innovation to redesign the existing Care4Today.com as well as create new responsive designs to market the Care4Today mobile app. My work for JHI included a thorough information architecture process which allowed us to find better ways to connect users with pertinent calls-to-action. I also worked to ensure my designs translated from mobile to desktop web browsers as seamlessly as possible. As well as the redesign of Care4Today.com, I designed 8 content pages for the Care4Today Connect site experience for patients and healthcare providers. The solution focused on providing users with clear, high contrast typography, vivid lifestyle imagery and wide amounts of whitespace around design elements. The result is a marketing website that celebrates the human connections JHI aims to cultivate along patient journeys.
I collaborated with Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, Janssen Healthcare Innovation to create new app design screens for Care4Today, a smart medication app for Android devices.
In concert with key stakeholders at JHI, I worked to reduce friction in the user experience as well as envision new flows. One new key feature was to add a task flow that will allow patients to officially register for a medical observational study. Patients are then able to provide their physician with a unique membership identification code. Additionally, I worked to improve the app’s onboarding tutorial screens. I was also a key partner in producing a video tutorial patients can access on first use and by selecting it within a main contextual window.
Patients are able to export their adherence data and send it to their HCP. My work included revised bar data charts that depict each patient’s weekly adherence for up to 56 days.
